Hazardous Materials (HMF) Folder PAK
Foley’s Hazardous Materials File (HMF) Folder PAK contains seven forms necessary to document compliance with the Hazardous Materials regulations. The eighth form — Receipt of Company Security Plan — is included to further safeguard the motor carrier. Foley’s HMF Folder PAK includes:
- HMF 1: Record of Hazardous Materials Training and Testing
- HMF 2: Record of Hazmat Driver Training
- HMF 3: Qualification to Conduct Inspections and Tests of Cargo Tanks
- HMF 4: Receipt of Basic Instructions, Regulations and Documents Provided to Drivers Transporting Division 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3 Explosive Materials
- HMF 5: Receipt of Route Plans for Drivers Transporting Division 1.1, 1.2, or 1.3 Explosive Materials
- HMF 6: Receipt of Preferred Route Plans for Drivers Transporting Class 7 Radioactive Materials
- HMF 7: Receipt of Oil Spill Prevention and Emergency Response Plan
- HMF 8: Receipt of Company Security Plan and Instructions
